Trenchless Sewer Repair
Have a sewer problem? Call (206) 659-2241 to speak to one of our friendly staff members.
With trenchless sewer repair, the old or damaged pipes are lined with an epoxy that is as strong as new pipes, helps to prevent root intrusion and leaks,
and increases the flow capacity of your sewer lines. It's a much more cost-effective alternative to replacing old pipes with new, and it's less destructive
to your lawn or property.
Because this can be an extremely complicated repair job compared to something like a faucet or pipe repair, you need qualified technicians who know what they
are doing. Our experienced professionals know all the requirements related to sewer piping, as well as what kind of permits you need to perform the repairs.
The Benefits: Why Is Trenchless Sewer Line Repair Better than Replacing the Old Pipes?
Video Sewer Inspection
- Cost-effective alternative to total replacement
- Same strength as new pipes
- No need to dig and destroy parts of your property
- Helps to prevent future root intrusion and stop leaks
- Increases flow capacity of sewer lines
To know how and where to repair a sewer correctly, it must first undergo a video inspection. This non-destructive inspection method allows us to identify
the exact location of the problem and fix it efficiently, with minimal digging. Video inspection can tell if you have root intrusion, separated pipes,
offset pipe joints, or a broken pipe, among other things. To do this, we insert a small video camera into the sewer pipe, which sends live video of the
pipe's condition or the blockage back to us. Our video inspection equipment also has locators that give us the location and depth of the sewer line damage.
This often allows for spot repairs rather than larger, more intrusive efforts.
